Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Perform detailed variance analysis and assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Manage general ledger reconciliations, including bank accounts, credit cards, and inter-company accounts.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for annual audits.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements within the finance department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
