Responsibilities
- Manage the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with budget preparation and perform variance analysis to optimize financial performance.
- Reconcile bank accounts and prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is highly preferred.
- 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (Advanced), and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
