Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with GAAP standards.
- Oversee the general ledger, ensuring all journal entries are accurate, complete, and properly documented.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis to support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to facilitate smooth audits and regulatory reviews.
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations in the United States.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
