Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and receivable reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and supporting schedules.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure all journal entries are properly documented.
- Conduct internal audits and recommend process improvements for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with management to provide insights into financial performance and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and federal tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
