Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct internal audits and ensure GAAP compliance
- Develop financial models and forecasting reports
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on budgeting and cost control
- Lead tax preparation and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting cycles
