Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Coordinate with tax professionals for quarterly filings and year-end audits
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data integrity
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes with 98% accuracy rate
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for financial modeling and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and accounting software integration
- Proven ability to reconcile complex accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail (error rate <1%)
