Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with detailed variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 high-growth clients
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and NetSuite platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Oregon tax regulations
- Proven experience with multi-entity consolidations and complex reconciliations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for client/stakeholder interactions
