Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Manage general ledger reconciliation and account analysis
- Prepare and file federal/state tax returns
- Lead internal audit initiatives and compliance reviews
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong GAAP and tax compliance knowledge
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven leadership in team projects
