Responsibilities
- Oversee the general ledger and ensure accurate daily financial transactions.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Prepare complex financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Conduct detailed account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Support budget preparation and provide financial forecasting insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
