Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and facilitate external audits.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for financial optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
