Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly.
- Collaborate with the finance manager to improve financial reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
