Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of monthly and annual financial close processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Conduct variance analysis and communicate financial results to management.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with external audits and tax preparation requirements.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
