Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare complex financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for senior management review.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Assist with tax preparation and filing requirements at the state and federal levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- CPA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
