Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures with accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements for financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and industry-specific standards
- Maintain detailed financial records using Oracle ERP and QuickBooks systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience in month-end closing and financial statement preparation
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
