Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Lead tax preparation and regulatory filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
