Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with attention to GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and general ledger reconciliations
- Conduct comprehensive audits and ensure SOX compliance for client portfolios
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models for strategic planning
- Lead tax preparation processes for corporate and individual clients
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget analysis and variance reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience with Big 4 or mid-firm background
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Proven expertise in multi-state tax compliance and audit procedures
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial reporting
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions
