As a key member of our accounting department, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with GAAP regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to leadership. Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closing, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor management
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop financial forecasts and variance analysis reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and financial planning
- Maintain accurate financial data in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with month-end closing and reconciliations
