Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly variance analysis.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments.
- Collaborate with the tax department to prepare and file required tax documents.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus).
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
