Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal review and external reporting.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts to ensure balances are correct.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and support the external audit process.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify financial trends and areas for cost reduction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
