Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tax filings and internal audits.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial modeling.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Review and approve journal entries and bank reconciliations.
- Provide financial guidance and insights to the management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
