Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage complex general ledger reconciliations for multi-entity portfolios
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement financial controls and compliance procedures
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly/annual reviews
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
- Drive process improvements using accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting
