Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
- Manage general ledger accounts and perform month-end close procedures.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
- Assist with tax preparation filings and provide financial reports to management.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
