Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
- Lead internal audit coordination and external audit preparation activities
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience with public or corporate sector
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record in financial reporting and compliance frameworks
