Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close procedures to ensure all financial reports are delivered on time.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes, budgeting, and forecasting models.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
