Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Streamline accounting workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Manage intercompany transactions and consolidated reporting
- Collaborate with audit teams and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop financial models and variance analysis for leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven track record in month-end closing and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
