Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with accurate reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and tax preparation
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives for key clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public or private sector
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and reconciliation
