- Develop financial models for strategic decision support
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel with advanced functions
- Proven experience with GAAP compliance and financial reporting
