Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage general ledger operations and account reconciliations
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for 50+ employees
- Lead annual audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
- Provide financial forecasting and budget support for department heads
- Streamline accounting processes using QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing financial audits and compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
