Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage general ledger accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and corporate compliance filings.
- Conduct internal audits and review financial reports for errors or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage 50, or Xero) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
