Responsibilities
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes with 100% accuracy
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for executive leadership
- Manage reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and intercompany transactions
- Develop and implement financial controls to enhance operational efficiency
- Support annual audits and tax compliance documentation
- Collaborate with FP&A team on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain and improve accounting systems (NetSuite experience preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Demonstrated expertise in month-end close and financial reporting
- SOX compliance and internal control implementation experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
