We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team in the heart of Nashville.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assist in the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and supporting schedules.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and monitor the annual budget and forecast.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification is a strong plus.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and MS Excel (Advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
