Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end monthly and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and corporate policies.
- Perform complex bank reconciliations and variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Assist external auditors during year-end audits and provide supporting documentation as required.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate financial data and insights.
- Manage fixed asset accounting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) required.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
