Responsibilities
- Manage daily, monthly, and annual financial reporting and analysis.
- Prepare and review balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
- Oversee the general ledger and perform complex account reconciliations.
- Assist in the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Support budget preparation and forecasting activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
