Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare and review financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and audits
- Implement and optimize accounting processes using ERP systems
- Lead special projects including tax preparation and internal controls documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven ability to manage month-end closes and complex reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance and auditing procedures
