Responsibilities
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with accuracy
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Lead internal audits and implement robust financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cash flow and budgeting
- Maintain compliance with GAAP, SOX, and industry-specific regulations
- Develop financial models for forecasting and strategic planning

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting systems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
