Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management.Assist in the preparation of tax filings and coordinate with external auditors.Monitor budgets and financial performance, providing variance analysis to leadership.Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements on a monthly basis.Support month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.Maintain fixed asset registers and assist in internal controls implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.CPA certification is highly preferred.3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and MS Excel (advanced functions).Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
