Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Manage the full cycle of general ledger accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Assist in the annual budget preparation and variance analysis to drive business performance.
- Conduct internal audits and implement controls to mitigate financial risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting and operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; CPA or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
