Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with GAAP.
- Manage general ledger activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasting support to management.
- Ensure tax compliance by preparing necessary tax filings and maintaining tax schedules.
- Conduct internal audits and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial reporting and cash flow management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, SAP).
- CPA certification is a plus but not required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a professional tone.
