Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP standards.
- Perform variance analysis and assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Oversee general ledger reconciliation and ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with external auditors during year-end audits and tax preparations.
- Support the finance leadership team with ad-hoc financial reporting and special projects.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP).
- Deep understanding of GAAP, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
