Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Income Statements, in compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Conduct detailed audits of financial data, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Maintain and update internal control procedures to mitigate financial risk and enhance operational security.
- Prepare and file corporate tax returns and ensure timely payment of all tax liabilities.
- Provide strategic financial insights to management to support business decision-making and long-term planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; Master’s degree or CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings clearly.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
