Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Develop and implement financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting
- Manage complex reconciliations across multiple GL accounts and subsidiary entities
- Prepare and analyze variance reports, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
- Oversee audit processes and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Mentor junior accountants and optimize financial workflows for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and internal controls
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
