Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Oversee budget development and variance analysis for department heads
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
- Implement financial controls to ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with financial reporting software (SAP/Oracle)
