Responsibilities
- Manage the month-end and year-end close process to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in strict accordance with US GAAP.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate and resolve any significant variances.
- Assist in the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable operations to ensure smooth cash flow.
- Prepare budget forecasts, variance analyses, and provide strategic financial insights to management.
- Maintain accurate fixed asset schedules and depreciation calculations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
