What You Will Do
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our financial operations. You will be responsible for the accuracy of our financial statements, managing complex accounts, and providing insightful analysis to support executive decision-making. This is a hands-on role requiring a deep understanding of GAAP and strong technical proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
- General Ledger Management: Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate, complete, and timely.
- Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, and inter-company accounts.
- Audit Support: Assist external auditors during annual audits and prepare necessary documentation.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and implement best practices.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to data accuracy.
