Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily general ledger accounting functions and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Perform account reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of annual tax filings and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting.
  • Maintain and update fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
