Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes including journal entries
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Assist with tax compliance and financial audits
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with SOX requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/Oracle)
- Experience with ERP systems and financial data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
