We are looking for an experienced professional to manage our financial operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of tax schedules and external financial audits.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Oversee accounts payable processing and maintain positive vendor relations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification preferred.
- 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
