Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting including month-end close and reconciliation
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Implement and maintain internal controls and SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong GAAP and tax compliance knowledge
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
