Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct variance analysis and assist with budget forecasting and strategic planning.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Perform internal audits and implement controls to mitigate financial risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- CPA certification or active CPA candidate status is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
