Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- General Ledger: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accruals and prepaids, to ensure financial integrity.
- Process Improvement: Streamline accounting processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the finance team and cross-functional departments to resolve complex accounting issues.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial reporting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to stakeholders.
- Integrity: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
